General Refund Information

• Identity verification may be required before a refund is issued. This helps protect students and the college from fraud involving federal financial aid funds. For more information, see the . 
• Accounts receivable will email students to their Â鶹¹ÙÍø email address to advise a payment can be picked up in the Business Office
• For students who do not pick up their checks within a week, the checks will be mailed to the permanent address listed on the student record.
• Refund checks are made payable to the student.
